Fully Loaded Mexican Cornbread
Cornbead loaded up with Breakfast Sausage, diced jalapeno peppers, white onion, red bell peppers, and golden corn kernels and seasoned with cumin, chile powder, and cilantro. Poured into a loaf pan, baked and sliced; then smothered in butter and grilled; topped with avocado crema and served with cilantro rice and beans.
